About Us
Rehab Focus Physical Therapy (Rehab Focus) is a therapist-owned clinic established in June 2015. We aim to provide the highest quality physical therapy care to Elmhurst and all Queens and surrounding communities. Rehab Focus provides physical therapy in a personal and professional environment for patients who we treat like family. Our priority is to have our patients achieve their greatest potential guided by the principles of evidence-based practice, differential diagnosis, manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular education and patient education.
Meet the Doctor
Dr. Othilia J-Ceribo PT, DPT
Dr. Othilia is our compassionate and highly experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is the owner of the practice and the main physical therapy provider. She acquired her Bachelor’s degree in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and her Doctorate degree in Utica College. Our patients love her for her excellent bedside manner, highly skillful manual techniques- thus the magic hands and effective treatment plans. Dr. Othilia is an advocate of self empowerment and believes that movement and strength is key to the healing process. She has received continuing education training in kinesiotaping techniques, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, modern manual techniques, vestibular rehab, clinical practice guidelines and many more. On her free time, she loves to exercise, ride her bike, go hiking, care for her garden and most especially spend quality time with her husband and 2 adorable sons.

Rowena Sta. Cruz
Senior Office Manager
Rowena is the energetic but sweet voice of Rehab Focus. If you ever have called the clinic, you’d know within the first 10 seconds that you’ve come to the right place. Rowena has completed her Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration and has over 10 years of experience as an Office Manager. She mainly handles the administrative aspect of the practice including public relations, logistics, staff delegation and the day-to-day operations of the office. Rowena is highly efficient in her duties, always thinks outside of the box and goes over and above just to accommodate the patients’ concerns. On her free time, she likes to cook for her family and have a picnic at the park with her husband and their beautiful daughter, Elize.
Romesh Joseph
Physical Therapist
Romesh is the Saturday guy and has been with the family for over 4 years. Romesh is from Sri Lanka and our patients love him for his excellent bedside manner, cool spirit and his curly hair. On his free time, he likes to draw, paint, play the guitar, exercise and learn Spanish. He believes that these actvities make his life colorful. Romesh likes to be around people sharing love and short conversations. He keeps himself happy by staying out of the gray zone and by choosing decisions black or white. Romesh is a physical therapist and a personal trainer, diligent and committed to his profession and willing to give his best to the patients. He always believes that he loves what he does and does what he loves.
Prabhjot Kaur
Rehab Technician
Prahbjot is the reliable rehab technician of Rehab Focus for almost 6 years. She mainly assists the physical therapists, staff and patients with their concerns and needs. She oversees the flow of patients in the treatment area making sure that no one is left behind. She is the person to speak with if you want an extra treatment time. Prabhjot is a loving mom of 2 boys and enjoys home cooked Indian food but also loves cheese pizza. She is however vegetarian owing to Sikhism so don't get offended if she refuses your homemade baked pastry, she just cannot have eggs.
Lairen Mohran
Licensed Massage Therapist
Lairen is a highly experienced professional massage therapist and a graduate of New York College of Health and Professions. She is also a member of American Massage Therapy Association. Lairen's performance begins by acknowledging and understanding the patient's concerns and then applying the proper technique to meet their highest expectations. She is highly skillful in all massage therapy modalities including but not limited to Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Asian Bodywork and Prenatal/Postnatal Massage. Lairen believes in treating a human body with respect, caring and appreciation can lead to a successful healing process.
Jenzen Rico Sanchez
Administrative Assistant
Jenzen is one of the newest additions to the family. He mainly assists the office manager with daily tasks in the operation of the clinic including patient intake, scheduling appointments, keeping the database up to date and the filing system organized. Jenzen is the happy pill in the clinic. He is the unapologetically thoughtful kind that brings coffee in the morning when you most need it. Jenzen is always in a mood that offers a safe and friendly environment to everyone around him. On his free time, you will find him recording videos for his page in TikTok.
